Roush Propane-Powered Ford F-250!
The "plug-and-play" kit, that you can purchase for $7,995, does not affect you horsepower or torque. Yes, it's expensive, but you can get a $5,000 federal alternative fuels tax credit per kit, alongside a 50-cent-per-gallon tax credit on any propane purchased. Also, propane itself, is about a dollar a gallon...

2009 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR is ridiculous!
This 4.0-liter boxer-six Porsche is capable of producing 450bhp at 7,800 rpm and 317 lb-ft of torque at 7,250 rpm. The rev-limiter kicks in at 9,000 rpm.
The engine output is limited based on the class the GT3 RSR runs in, but it’s surely capable of more when properly opened up. The rear wheels are fed this power via a six-speed sequential gearbox along with a limited slip differential.
There have been very minor updates to the interior.
If you want one of these babies, it'll cost you $493,392! Better start saving...

More info will be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

Insane K-car! The NATS GT-K
Built on the Suzuki Cappuccino frame, the GT-K stills houses the 0.657 liter inline-three engine; however, it does have a bigger turbo, intercooler, brakes, and coilovers. But, it will still be one of the slowest cars around. Still interesting...

All Carbon Fiber Lotus Elise!
This car was customized at TW Auto Limited of Hong Kong, China. This is a very nice looking car; however, after adding a new suspension, exhaust, intake, and wheels, the car only lost about 90lbs (granted this is an Elise and it looks like items like air conditioning and the radio are still intact).
As you look at the pictures, you'll notice that even the interior is carbon fiber, for the most part. Again this looks cool, but I think I'd rather see a really heavy, old American car with a carbon fiber package.

EPIC! Cadillac WTF: World Thorium Fuel
Designed by Loren Kulesus, the Cadillac World Thorium Fuel (WTF...haha) runs on clean Thorium nuclear fuel and offers maintenance-free service for 100 years or more. Also, each wheel is actually six individually powered wheels aligned side by side. Insane... insanely awesome!

Is Jeep going to be sold to Renault-Nissan?
Is seems that Chrysler is talking to Renault-Nissan and Magna about selling off some of its assets, which includes Jeep. None of the mentioned parties have stated anything about this being true; however, Reuters is claiming that they are in talks and that Chrysler is trying to sell off assets and still retain the same amount of money it would receive from the U.S. bailout.
Also, according to Le Figaro, Renault is trying to raise $3 billion by selling bonds. Of course Renault has denied this.

The 1st private car ever displayed on Detroit Auto Show's main floor!
Dr. Gary Kaberle, a Michigan Dentist, is the first-ever private individual to display a vehicle on the main floor of the Detroit Auto Show. This is his BAT 11dk. Dr. Kaberle was able to get on the main floor thanks to the absence of Nissan and Porsche. This car was there to help promote Breast Cancer Awareness, because Dr. Kaberle sold his previous BAT9 and a Ferrari F40 (and most of his saving) to help pay for some experimental treatment for his wife's breast cancer.
The ultimate plan is to build, in his wife’s memory, a working version of the BAT 11 based on the Alfa Romeo 8C chassis, powered by a 4.6-liter Maserati V8. Dr. Kaberle doesn’t have enough money left to build that car, but is hoping being at the show will attract a corporate sponsor able to help him make his dream a reality.
